Despite maybe some of my posts may not reflect that title, I couldn't seem to change it. When I made my blog, I was so happy to name is that, and that part of me is still there. So, It stays Wonderfully Wonderful Bloggy Page, because I don't have anything that I would rather put it as.

So good, yet so bad.
So yesterday I fasted successfully, seeing that I pigged out the day before. And I was doing so so well today not going to eat. But while I was at work, I nearly passed out because my blood sugar dropped. So when I got home I devoured about a cup of fettucine Alfredo. I'm sick to my stomach and can't successfully purge. I just want to be thin. Is it so impossible?

Suppose I will go do some pilates to wake myself up and hopefully burn some of the F.A. Off. I need to start working out more. My collarbone is tangible more then it ever has been and I can remotely see my feet when I'm not sucking in (unlike my start weight when I couldnt see my feet at all past my gut) or I might try that P.I.N.K Method workout routine, which is nice it's something I can do at work. I will will will be thin!! I need a scale to see my weight but I have a feeling I really haven't lost anything since my latest 6 lbs drop.
you know we all have slip ups! dont let it get you down. like you said ur thinner then when you started and thats all that matters right? when i feel light headed i try to have a little juice and then just breath. napping helps if you can. try to relax. eventually ull kinda like that feeling. curl up with some tea (do you like tea? im obsessed) and read a good book! you can do this!
oh and what is the PINK method?
I actually love Green tea, it's one of my favorites. Thank you for all your support. The Pink method is a workout routine I saw on Dr. Phil (sounds corny right?) but, it's basically for like stay at home moms who dont have workout equipment or time to go to the gym, so it's an easy routine basically anyone can do, anywhere. Which is nice, because I can do a couple of the exercises at work, and not look like a huge bozo, they apparently really tone your legs too (Which I need!)
oh okay ill have to google that bec i need to tone my legs too! i have huge "gymnast" thighs. theyre stocky but i want them to be thin!!!!
